Ingredients: Fresh Ginger, Key Limes & Agave
Boil ½ cup of sliced/skinned ginger over a stove top for 20-30 mins to bring out the nutrients & flavor of the ginger
Then pour the boiled water into a glass jar, add 1 tbsp of Squeezed Ginger into the jar with 2 squeezed key lime.
Add ½ cup of agave and stir until everything is mixed well.
Let it sit for 20 mins before drinking. Add sliced key limes into the jar if you want
COCONUT DATE ENERGY BALLS
Ingredients: Pitted Dates, Shredded Coconut (optional: Agave)
First, you will add 15 dates into a good processor until it’s all broken down. You can add 1 tsp of agave to help the mixture hold. Now, pour ½ cup of shredded coconut into a bowl. Then, take your dates and form into a ball; right after you will roll the date ball into the bowl of shredded coconut until it’s covered all the way. Repeat the process until done. Store in the fridge, freezer or just place into a bowl with a lid. Best eaten when soft: perfect snack with walnuts.
